Super Non Veg

Down on Shipra Path in Mansarovar, at number 34, is where you’ll find us. We called the place Super Non Veg, and we’ve been here for a while now. Mansarovar is a big residential area, so we see a lot of the same faces every week. We aren't a big restaurant with waiters in uniforms or anything like that. It’s more of a local spot where you come to get a meal without any fuss. The kitchen is always busy, especially in the evenings when people are done with their jobs. We spend a lot of time prepping the ingredients during the day so we are ready for the dinner rush. It can get a bit smoky when the grill is going, but that’s just part of it. We have a few tables, but a lot of people just take their food home. The street outside can get quite crowded with parked bikes. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes it’s just chaotic. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, and we all pitch in with the dishes or the serving. We don't have a website or anything fancy. We just focus on the cooking and making sure the orders are right. It's a simple life running a food shop in this part of town. Sometimes the fridge makes a weird humming sound, but it keeps things cold, so we let it be. It's just us doing our thing. We've been here long enough to know the neighbors.
