Sthapatya Architect

Sthapatya Architect is located at A-58 Shanti Pathtilak Nagar. It’s a decent sized office. We’ve been here long enough that the postman knows us by name. We do architecture work, plain and simple. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to make sure your building stays up and looks okay. Most days involve a lot of measuring and some light arguing over where a window should go. It's just how we work. Tilak Nagar is a good area to be in. We get a lot of local people coming in. They tell us what they’re thinking for their property and we sit down and sketch it out. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. If you need a plan, we can probably do it. We’ve got some old desks and a few computers that have seen better days. But they work fine for what we need. It’s a regular office. We drink too much tea and talk about the weather while we draw. Sometimes a project is easy, sometimes it’s a bit of a headache. That’s just life at A-58 Shanti Pathtilak Nagar. We’re usually here from morning until the sun goes down. Just working on the next set of papers. It’s not always glamorous, but seeing a house finally built makes the dusty office worth it.
