If you go down to 1C-122Braj Shantimangal Marg, you’ll find us there. Design Architects is a small firm that focuses on basic, solid architecture. We don't go in for anything too flashy or over the top. Our office is just a regular room filled with papers, pens, and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We’ve been working on Braj Shantimangal Marg for some time now and we know the area pretty well. Most of the time, we are busy dealing with the local authorities or trying to fix a problem on a blueprint. It’s not a perfect job and things go wrong sometimes, but we always try to find a way to fix it. We aren't into corporate talk or fancy mission statements. We just want to draw houses and buildings that people can actually live in without any trouble. Every day is a bit different. One day we might be looking at a tiny renovation and the next we are thinking about a whole new house. We try to be honest with people about what they can afford and what is actually possible on their lot. It’s just us, doing our thing, trying to make the neighborhood a little better one building at a time. We don't have a big marketing budget, just our reputation among the locals. Sometimes the office phone rings too much, but we try to answer every call we can.
