Chauhan Architects

Chauhan Architects is over in Jawahar Nagar at 7-Da-19. It’s a local office that has been around for some time now. We aren't a massive company with a lot of branches, just this one spot where we do all our work. The space at 7-Da-19 is filled with old drawings, rolls of tracing paper, and a lot of coffee mugs. We spend our days figuring out how to make buildings look right and function well. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and staring at screens or paper. Jawahar Nagar is a familiar neighborhood for us, and we like being part of the community here. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just draw up plans and help people get their buildings started. The office can get a bit cluttered when we have several projects going on at once, but we know where everything is. Usually, one of the Chauhans is around to handle things. We have a small group of staff who know the ins and outs of local building codes and site requirements. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We don't have a polished sales pitch. If you come by, you'll see a working architectural office that’s more interested in the quality of the lines on the page than in having a fancy waiting room. It is just how we have always done things here.
