Aakapan Architect

Aakapan Architect is located on Vijaypath in Jaipur, right at B/6. It is a local spot in the 302031 area. We have a small, simple office where we handle all our architecture work. Jaipur has so much history and we always try to keep that in mind when we are working on local projects. Our setup is very basic. We have our drafting tables, some computers, and usually a lot of tea or coffee around. We do not spend our money on fancy advertisements or polished websites. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or hearing about us from someone else in the city. We spend many hours going over site plans and making sure all the dimensions are correct. It is a lot of technical work that people do not always see from the outside. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with all the papers and site photos, but that is just how we get things done. We are not a big firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us who really care about how a building is put together. We talk to our clients in a normal way, without using all the industry jargon that just confuses people. We focus on the practical side of things, like where the plumbing goes or how the sun hits the rooms. It is honest work and we have been here a while.
