Spangles Chocolatier

We've been at Raja Park 5 for a while now. Most days it's just us making chocolates and trying to keep the kitchen clean. It gets pretty busy around holidays, but mostly it's a quiet routine. People come in looking for something sweet, and we help them out. We aren't a big factory or anything. It’s just a small space where we work with cocoa and sugar. Some days the tempering goes well, and other days the weather makes everything a bit difficult. We mostly focus on getting the flavors right without making things too complicated. My cousin helps out on weekends when there's more to do. We usually start early in the morning before it gets too hot outside. Being in Raja Park is nice because we know the neighbors and they know what we do. We don't really do fancy ads. We just keep the shop open and hope people like what we make. Sometimes we try new recipes, and sometimes they don't work out, so we just stick to what we know. The shelves aren't always full, especially if we had a big order the day before. We just do our thing here at number 5. It’s a simple job, really. We make the chocolates, pack them up, and wait for the next person to walk through the door. It’s not always perfect, but it’s what we do every day.
