Something Sweet

We started Something Sweet in Malviya Nagar K-27 a while back. It’s a small place. We mostly spend our time baking and making sure things taste right. Some days are busier than others, especially when the locals come in after work. It isn't a fancy setup. Just some tables and the smell of sugar in the air. My cousin helps me behind the counter. We usually open around mid-morning. If you walk past K-27, you'll see us. We’ve had some regulars for years now who know exactly what they want before they even sit down. Sometimes the oven acts up, or we run out of a specific ingredient, but that's just how it goes in a small shop. People seem to like coming here to just sit for a bit. It gets a bit noisy when the schools let out nearby. We keep things pretty simple. There’s no big team here, just a few of us making sure the trays are full. It's a nice way to spend the day, honestly. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. Most people find us just by walking through Malviya Nagar. It’s been here long enough that most neighbors know the spot. We try to keep the floors clean and the display looking okay, though it’s never perfect. It’s just our little place where we do our thing every day.
