Singhal Dall Mills

Singhal Dall Mills has its place at 108 Nehru Nagar, specifically on Dinanathji Ka Rasta near Choti Chopad. It is right in the middle of a very old part of town. The lanes are quite narrow and it can be a bit of a squeeze for vehicles. We mill different kinds of dall here. The machines are old and they have a specific rhythm that we've heard for years. It’s not a quiet place to work. There is always the sound of grain being processed. We serve a lot of the local families and small shops in the neighborhood. They know they can just walk in and get what they need. We don't have any big signs or fancy displays. The shop is filled with sacks of grain and the smell of the mill. It’s a family business and we all chip in to do whatever needs doing. Sometimes that means hauling bags, and other times it means fixing a broken belt on a machine. We don't have a website or any social media. We just rely on the fact that we've been here for a long time and people know where to find us. The walls are a bit dusty and the floor is worn down from all the feet walking over it. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just run our mill and provide dall to the local area. It’s a simple life and a simple business.
