Shri Jodhpur Sweets

We are located at 124/463 on Mansarovar Madhya Marg. Shri Jodhpur Sweets has been our daily life for years now. The kitchen area is where most of the work happens, with the big vats of oil and the sugar syrup bubbling away. It gets really hot back there, especially during the summer months in Rajasthan. Mansarovar is a large residential area, so we see a lot of families coming in. Most people come for the traditional stuff we make, like the kachoris or the mawa sweets. We aren't much for fancy decorations or marketing. The shop looks like most other places in the area, with white tiles and some stools for people to sit. We try to keep things moving quickly because Madhya Marg can get quite congested, and people are often in a hurry to get home. Our staff is just a group of local guys who know how to handle the rush. We don't really have a mission statement or anything, we just show up and start the fryers. The address 124/463 is easy to spot if you’re driving down the main road. Sometimes we make mistakes with the orders when it’s crowded, but we always try to fix it. It’s just a local business trying to keep up with the daily demand of the neighborhood. We don’t use any special technology, just the same old recipes and heavy pans we’ve always used to get the job done.
