The shop has been here at 103/65 on Madhyam Marg for quite some time now. People around Mansarovar mostly know us for the sweets and snacks we put out every day. It’s a busy spot on Patel Marg, and we try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. We open up early to get everything ready for the morning. There’s always a bit of a rush in the evenings when people are heading home from work. The kitchen stays pretty loud and active. It isn't a fancy place with big decorations or anything. We just have the counters filled with what we made that morning. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded inside, especially during the festival months when everyone wants something for their house. We just focus on keeping the trays full. The staff here has been with us for a while, so they know the regulars by name. We don't really do much advertising. Most folks just stop by because they were passing through the market anyway. If you are walking down near the main road, you’ll see our sign. We keep the floors swept and the display glass clean as much as possible. It’s just a regular neighborhood sweet shop doing what we do every day. It’s been this way for a long time and we don’t see much reason to change how things run. We just make sure there is enough for everyone who walks in.
