You can find Shree Vinayak Food Products over at Plot No.B-237 on Road No.6 in the Vishwakarma Industrial Area. If you know Jaipur at all, you know VKI is a huge place with lots of different factories and workshops. Our street is usually lined with trucks and tempos waiting to load or unload goods. It is a very busy industrial atmosphere with the sound of machinery everywhere you go. We make different food products in our small unit. The space is mostly taken up by the processing area and some tall storage racks. We have a small corner for an office where we keep our registers and pens. It gets quite hot in the summer, as these industrial sheds tend to trap the heat. We usually keep the big shutters open to get some air moving through the place. We have been in this spot for a while and have gotten to know the tea stall owners and the other workers on Road No.6. It is not the cleanest place in the world, with all the grease and dust from the industrial area, but we keep our production area as tidy as possible. We do not have any fancy goals; we just want to produce our items and get them out to the shops. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, especially when we have big orders to finish.
