Shree Balaji Misthan Bhandar

We've been at Sanganeri Gate for quite some time now. The shop is right on Moti Doongri Road at number 718. Most days it’s pretty busy here, especially in the mornings when people come in for their daily snacks. We make a variety of traditional Indian sweets and savory items right in the back. It’s a simple setup, nothing fancy, but we keep things clean and fresh. If you’re walking past the gate, you’ll probably see the big trays of laddoos and barfis sitting there. We try to keep up with the rush, though sometimes the line gets a bit long on festival days. It’s mostly locals who stop by, people we’ve known for years. Sometimes tourists wander in too because of where we are located. We don't do much advertising, word of mouth just kind of happens. The staff here has been with us for a while, so we all know how things run. We open up early and stay till the evening. It’s just a regular sweet shop doing its thing. There’s always the smell of ghee and sugar in the air. We don’t have much seating, just a spot to stand and eat or take your boxes home. It is what it is, a small place in a busy part of the city. We keep the counters stocked and hope people like what they get. Nothing more to it than that really. We just keep the lights on and the sweets ready for whoever walks in next.
