Satyanaraian Kakrawala

You can find Satyanaraian Kakrawala at 258 Chandpole Bazar. This is the old part of the city, so the streets are narrow and always packed with people and cows and bikes. Our shop has been here for a long time, selling various household goods and small snacks. It is a small space, and we try to cram as much as possible onto the wooden shelves. The shop has that old smell of spices and grains. We do not have a computer system or anything fancy. We still write things down by hand and use an old scale. It is a very traditional setup. Most of our customers are neighbors who have been coming to us for decades. We know their families and what they usually need for their kitchens. Chandpole Bazar is a hectic place to work, but we are used to the constant noise. We sit on the raised floor and wait for customers to stop by. Sometimes it is just for a small chat and a bit of tea. We are not trying to compete with the big supermarkets. We just offer what we have at 258. The building itself is quite old and has a lot of character, though it probably needs some repairs here and there. We open the shutters every morning and watch the bazaar come to life. It is a simple way of living and working. We do not do any promotions.
