Sangam Arts

Our shop is located on Sahkar Marg, right on Road No 14. We have been here at Sp 818 E for quite a while. It is a busy street and there is always noise from the traffic going past. Inside it is usually a bit of a mess with all the materials we use. We do not bother much with keeping everything perfectly lined up because we are always busy working on something. The floor has some stains and the walls could use a new coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. Most of the people who come in are regulars from around the neighborhood. We talk about the weather or the local news while we work. It is not one of those high-end galleries you see in the city center. It is just a workshop where we get our hands dirty. Sangam Arts is a small team, just a few of us who have learned things the hard way over the years. We take our time with the work and don't like to rush things just to get them done. If the tea man comes by, we usually take a break and sit on the stools outside. It is a simple life on Road No 14. We don't have fancy brochures or a front desk person. You just walk in and talk to whoever is standing there. That is how we have always done things.
