Saini Mistan Bhandar

Our shop is located in Gram Nathawala, right along the road that goes from Shahpura to Nim Ka Thana. It is a simple place where we make and sell different kinds of sweets every day. Most of the people who stop by are locals from the village or travelers driving through this part of the region. We focus on the traditional stuff that people around here like to eat. The kitchen stays pretty warm because we are always boiling milk or preparing the sugar syrups for the next batch of mithaai. It is not a big operation, just a few of us working behind the counter and in the back. We try to keep things fresh, so we make what we think will sell that day. The road outside can get dusty with the trucks passing by, but we keep our display cases clean. People usually come in for a quick snack or to take a box of sweets home for their families. There is nothing too complicated about how we run things. We have been at this location for a while now, and everyone in the village knows where to find us. It is just a regular life here, making sweets and talking to the regulars who come in every morning. We do not have a fancy menu, just the items we know how to make well. It is hard work but we are used to it.
