R.Pal Halwai Sweets Private Limited is our family-run business at 395/29, Baiji Ki Kothi in Jhalana Doongri. We make all kinds of traditional sweets right here on the premises. It is a hot job, especially when the big pans of milk are boiling, but it is what we know how to do. Jhalana Doongri is a busy area and our shop is right in the middle of things. We have been making sweets for a long time and we don't plan on changing our ways. We do not use a lot of big fancy machines. Most of the shaping and mixing is still done by hand. We are not a corporate factory. We are just halwais who take pride in our work. People come to us for weddings and festivals because they know we are here at Baiji Ki Kothi. We do not have a team of people to handle our image or write slogans for us. We just make the sweets and sell them to whoever walks in. Some days we are sold out before noon, and other days it is slower. That is just how a small business goes. We stay busy, we keep the kitchen clean, and we focus on the next batch. It is a simple, honest life for us here in the sweet shop.
