Lakda Dall & Besan Utpadan Kendra

Lakda Dall & Besan Utpadan Kendra is our small operation located at A68A Vkia Road Numbe 1. We have been working out of this spot in the Vishwakarma Industrial Area for quite a while now. Most of our day is spent around the machines that grind the dall and besan. It is a lot of hard work and the dust gets everywhere, but that is just how it goes in this line of business. We try to keep things moving so the bags are ready when the trucks show up. The road outside, Road Number 1, is usually busy with all kinds of traffic, making it a bit loud throughout the day. We don't have a fancy office or a big team of people in suits. Just us and a few workers making sure the quality of the flour is what it needs to be for cooking. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around, but we usually get back to it pretty fast. Focusing on the basics of processing the pulses and getting the texture of the besan right is what we do. It is a simple setup and we don't try to make it seem like anything else. People know where to find us if they need a bulk supply. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day. It’s not a glamorous job, but we are used to the rhythm of the machines by now.
