Out in the Bagru Industrial Area Extension, at B-227 in Phase-II, you will find Gustora Foods Pvt. Ltd. It is a bit of a drive from the main city, situated in a spot that is still developing in some ways. The road leading up to our gate can be bumpy, especially during the monsoon season when the rain collects in the low spots. Our facility is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It is not a place for meetings in suits; it is a place where people wear practical clothes and get their hands dirty. We have a set routine that starts early in the morning. The machinery has its own rhythm, and we have learned to listen for when something sounds a bit off. There is a small group of us here, and we mostly look out for each other. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting together, sharing food brought from home. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just make sure the production at B-227 stays on track. Bagru is known for its own traditions, but here in the industrial extension, it is all about the food processing we handle. The power supply can be finicky sometimes, so we have backups to keep things from spoiling. It is a lot of hard work, but it is honest work that keeps us coming back every day to Phase-II. The air is dusty but the work gets done.
