Rajbhog

We are located over here on Ajmer Road, specifically at Chankya Marg in the DCM 5-A area. It is a very busy spot with a lot of cars going by. Rajbhog has been open for a pretty long stretch of time now. We spend our early mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure all the counters are wiped down properly. It gets quite dusty outside because of all the heavy traffic on the main road. Most of the people who come in are just passing through or they live nearby in the apartment blocks. We cook what the people seem to like. There is no big secret to how we do things, it is just about staying on top of the orders. The heat in the kitchen is something you really get used to after working here for a few years. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting right at the door before the food is even ready. We see the same faces every single day during the lunch hour. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when the place is crowded, but our customers do not seem to mind much. We have a few tables that wobble a little bit if you lean on them. My brother helps with the accounts in the back, and I stay out here in the front. We keep the doors open mostly all day long. DCM is a loud place, but we like the energy you get from being right on Ajmer Road.
