We operate out of Flat 101 on the first floor at 179 Subhash Marg. It’s right in C-Scheme, which is a busy spot. It's an older building, but it works for what we need. We handle food and beverages here. The kitchen area is usually full of samples and half-empty bottles. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking boxes that arrive in the morning. C-Scheme is a good area, though parking is a total nightmare most days. Sometimes we forget to eat lunch because there's so much to sort through in the office. We aren't some giant factory with hundreds of workers. It's just a few of us in an office flat. We started this because we wanted to work with local snacks and drinks. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep if you're carrying a heavy load. We’ve had the same mismatched desks for years. Jaipur gets really dusty, so we are always wiping down the windows. We try to keep things organized, but honestly, it doesn't always happen. It’s a bit messy with all the paperwork and bottle samples everywhere. We don't use fancy words for what we do. It's just daily work. We take our tea breaks seriously though. There is a small stall downstairs where we get our chai. Being in Jaipur, you get used to the steady pace. We just want to get through the day's tasks.
