Prajapati Art Gallery

Prajapati Art Gallery is located at Shop No-1 on Amer Road. We are right by the Radharaghu Nath Ji Ka Mandir, which is a very well-known landmark in this part of the city. Having the temple so close means there are always people walking by, especially on festival days. Our shop is small but we pack it with different pieces of art and craft items. Most of what we have is made locally. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside sometimes because we have so many things on display. We don't have a big fancy gallery with white walls and bright lights. It’s more like a traditional shop where things are stacked and hung wherever there is space. I spend my days talking to tourists and locals who are interested in the work. Sometimes I’m cleaning the items or rearranging the shelves. The dust from Amer Road is a constant battle, but we do our best. I’ve been at this shop for a long time and I’ve seen the area change quite a bit. But the temple stays the same, and so does our little corner. We aren't trying to be a big famous museum. We just sell art that we like and that we think others will like too. It’s a simple way to make a living. If you are visiting the temple, we are just a few steps away at Shop No-1.
