Located right in Civil Lines, our place is usually a hive of activity from early morning until late evening. Working with food means there is never a dull moment, but it also means there is always something to clean or someone to call about a late shipment. The office and the production area are always buzzing with the sound of people talking and machines running. We have been in this Civil Lines spot for a while, and we have seen the area grow and change around us. The traffic outside can be a nightmare during rush hour, but inside we are just focused on getting the batches done. It is not always perfect; sometimes a machine breaks down or we run short on a specific ingredient, and everyone has to scramble to fix it. That is just how a food business works. We have a mix of people working here, some who have been with us since the start and others who are just learning the ropes. We don't really go for anything flashy. Our desks are covered in paperwork and the floor usually has some dust on it by mid-afternoon. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the food goes out the door on time. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes the stress gets to us, but we managed to keep the doors open and the staff busy day in and day out.
