Patnis Auction House

We are located over in Jagatpura, near the Malviya Nagar area. Patnis Auction House isn't exactly a quiet place to work. There’s always someone moving a table or shouting out a price. We get all sorts of things coming through the doors here. Some of it is old, some of it is just dusty, but everything has to go eventually. It’s a lot of physical labor, lifting crates and organizing rows of items for the next day. The space is big but it always feels full of stuff. People from all over the neighborhood stop by to see what we’ve got this week. You never really know what someone is going to bring in next. It could be a pile of old books or a heavy wooden cabinet. My hands are usually a bit dirty from moving things around all day. We don’t use fancy catalogs or anything. Usually, people just walk around and look at what’s there. It’s been this way for a while now. The 18384 area has changed quite a bit, but we just keep doing the same thing. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and talking to folks who want a bargain. Sometimes the bidding gets a bit loud, but that’s just how it goes. We don’t try to make it look like a museum. It’s a working auction house where things move fast and the floors stay dusty.
