Parihar Sweets Private Limited

We are located at 22 C Bhagat Singh Marg, right in the Second Polo area. Parihar Sweets Private Limited is basically what you would expect from a local sweet shop. We spend a lot of our time around the big pots and the sugar, getting things prepared. The smell of frying and syrup is usually everywhere in the shop. It is hard work, especially when the holidays come around and everyone wants something for their families. We start early, often before the sun is really up, to get the first batches done. The address on Bhagat Singh Marg is easy enough to find. It’s a decent sized space, but we use every inch of it for storage or cooking. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone telling us how to look professional. We just wear our aprons and get to it. Sometimes we run out of things or a delivery is late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. It is a very hands-on kind of life. Dealing with sweets means you have to be careful with the heat and the timing, or else everything goes wrong. We’ve had our fair share of burnt batches over the years, but you learn as you go. It is just us here, making sweets and keeping the shop open for whoever stops by in Second Polo.
