Pankaj Gems

Finding us isn't too hard if you're already in Johari Bazar. We are at 410, Mani Ram Ji Ki Kothi. Pankaj Gems is just a regular shop where we spend our hours looking at stones and talking to whoever drops by. The building has that old feel to it, common for this part of the city. Johari Bazar is always crowded with people looking for something shiny, but we just stay in our spot and do the work. The light coming through the window helps when we are sorting through different gems. We don’t have a massive team or anything like that. It’s just us. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the market. Other days, it’s one person after another. We like the location because everything we need is right here. The stones come in, we check them, and they go out. There’s no need to make it sound more complicated than that. Mani Ram Ji Ki Kothi is a well-known spot, so people find their way eventually. We keep the place clean but it’s a working office, not a showroom. You’ll see papers on the desk and maybe a cup of tea getting cold. It’s an honest way to spend the day in the middle of a very busy street. We've been at it for a while and don't plan on changing much.
