Blue

Blue is our place, and we are situated inside Hotel DEV Villas on the Main Gopalpura Bypass Road. We are in the New Aatish Market area of Jaipur, with the pincode 302020. If you are driving along the bypass, you can look for the HPCL petrol pump because we are quite close to that. It’s a busy road with lots of trucks and cars going by all day long. Being part of the hotel means we have a bit of a set routine. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not; we just provide what we have to the people who stop by. New Aatish Market is a pretty well-known spot, so that helps people find us. Sometimes the dust from the road is a bit much, but that’s just Jaipur for you. We have a small team here and we just look after the daily operations. It’s a practical location for a business because of all the traffic on the bypass. We see a mix of travelers and local people from around the market. We don't have a huge marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on being where we are and doing our work. It’s an honest way to make a living. Most of the time, we’re just busy making sure everything is in order for whoever walks through the door next. We stay open late because the road never really sleeps.
