Ocean Art Gallery

Ocean Art Gallery is located at 130 Kishanpole Bazar which is a very crowded and lively part of the city. We have a lot of different pieces hanging on the walls and sometimes it feels like we are running out of space to put new things. The shop has been in the family for a while and we take care of it as best we can. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass on the frames because the dust from the street finds its way into everything. People walk in from the bazaar all day just to browse and we don't mind it at all. It is nice to see people looking at the art even if they don't buy anything. We don't have a fancy lighting system like the big galleries you see in magazines. Just some basic bulbs that show the colors well enough. The wooden floorboards creak when you walk on them which adds a bit of character to the place. We usually sit near the front door to catch whatever breeze comes in from the market. It is a small business and we handle everything ourselves from the sales to the packing. We like the pace of life here in the bazaar even if it gets a bit noisy sometimes. It is just a simple art shop.
