We are based on the first floor at S.N. 15 in Sunder Vihar, which is in the Kalwar area of Jaipur. It’s a growing neighborhood. Our office is just a regular room that we’ve set up for the food business. You have to walk up a flight of stairs to reach us. It’s nothing fancy, just some desks and some files stacked in the corner. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking our stock. The area around us is pretty lively with new houses being built all the time. We like being here because it feels like a fresh part of the city. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. I’m usually here every day, and a couple of other staff members handle the day-to-day tasks. We don't have a lot of meetings. We just talk to each other while we work. It’s a very casual environment. We might be listening to the radio while we pack things up. If a customer calls with a question, they talk to a real person, not a recording. We try to be helpful and honest. That’s just the way we were raised. We aren't looking to become a giant company overnight. We just want to do our work and keep things running. It’s a simple life, and we are okay with that. Most of our neighbors are also working people, so there's a good feeling in the building. We just keep going.
