Our spot is on Sardar Patel Marg, right in the C Scheme area of the city. It is a bit of a different vibe here compared to other parts of town. We get a lot of office workers coming in for a quick bite during their lunch break. They are usually in a big hurry, looking at their phones and checking their emails while they wait. The building at G 2-5 is easy to find, but parking can be a real headache for our customers. We see them circling the block over and over from the front window. Inside, we keep things moving as best as we can. The fryers are always going, and that smell of oil sticks to your clothes by the end of the day. We do not really mind it anymore since we are used to it. Some of us have been working here for years, while others stay for just a few months before moving on. We help each other out when it gets chaotic during the dinner rush. The floor gets slippery if we do not mop it right away, so we are always on top of that. We have those self-order kiosks now, which changed things a bit, but we still talk to plenty of people at the counter. Sometimes someone has a special request that is hard to do, and we have to explain things. It is just a job at the end of the day.
