Mars Impex

We are up on the third floor of the White House building. The address is 877 on Vijay Kunj Street, which is tucked inside Gopalji Ka Rasta near the main Johri Bazar area. Mars Impex has been operating out of this space for quite a while now. The stairs can be a bit much if you are carrying heavy boxes, but we are used to it by now. The street outside is always noisy with motorcycles and people walking through the bazaar. It is one of those places where everyone knows everyone else. We spend most of our time dealing with shipments and paperwork. It is not a flashy office with a bunch of decorations. We have desks, some shelves for files, and the usual computers. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, so we just take a break until it comes back on. Dealing with the heat in the summer is probably the hardest part of working here. We usually grab tea from the stall downstairs around mid-afternoon. It helps get us through the rest of the day. We don’t do much advertising because most people find us through word of mouth or they just know where we are located. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. Nothing more, nothing less. We just show up every day and do what needs to get done. It keeps us busy and the bills paid.
