We've been running this place on Ajmer Road for a while now. It stays pretty busy because of the traffic coming and going all day long. Sometimes the road gets blocked up, and we see people looking out their car windows. Inside, it's just the usual setup. We spend a lot of our time making sure the tables are wiped down and the floors aren't sticky. It’s a lot of work, honestly. My brother helps out on the weekends when things get really crowded with families. You see the same faces every morning, mostly people heading to work who just need something quick. The air conditioner struggles a bit when it gets really hot outside in June, but we manage. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s just a plain spot to sit for a bit. We keep the lights on late because there's always someone driving by who is hungry. The kitchen stays hot, especially around dinner time. We mostly just focus on getting the food out and making sure nobody has to wait too long in line. It’s not a quiet place, but it's okay. Sometimes the delivery guys are leaning against the counter waiting for orders. We just try to keep things moving along so everyone can get back on the road. It’s just how things are here on this side of town.
