Lubhavna Arts

We are located right on Amer Road. If you know the way to the fort, you’ve probably passed by us. It’s a very busy road with lots of tourists and buses going by all the time. Our workshop is a bit dusty because of all the work we do. We deal with arts and crafts, mostly things made by hand. There are pieces of wood, fabric, and tools scattered around the floor. It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s where things actually get made. We don't have a big sign with lights, just the name above the door. Most people who stop in are looking for something unique. We spend our days carving, painting, or stitching. It’s loud because of the traffic outside and the sound of our tools. We usually have the radio on to keep us company. The heat can be tough in the middle of the day, so we take a long lunch when the sun is at its highest. We aren't a big factory or anything. It's just a few of us who enjoy making things with our hands. We don't have a fancy catalog to show people. They just look at what’s on the benches and pick what they like. It’s a very honest way to make a living, right there on the edge of the road. We just keep the door open and hope the wind blows some cool air in.
