C-Scheme is a bit quieter than the main markets, and Bharat Mata Path has a different kind of energy. K.K. House is where we do our trading, tucked away on Jamunalal Bajaj Marg. It’s more of an office setup than a typical shop. We have large windows that let in plenty of natural light, which is essential for what we do. Most of our furniture is made of heavy wood, and the chairs are comfortable enough for the long hours we spend sitting at our desks. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic, so the atmosphere stays pretty calm. We spend our time sorting through stones, looking at their colors and shapes under the light. There’s a lot of quiet conversation between us about the market and what needs to be done. We keep a pot of tea going most of the day, and the smell of it fills the room. Sometimes we step outside for a bit of air and look at the trees lining the path. It’s a very steady, focused way of working. We aren't big on flashy displays or the kind of things you see in the big malls. We just handle the trades, keep our records updated, and make sure the place is locked up tight before we head out in the evening. It’s a practical, honest way to run things, and it suits the way we like to live.
