You can find us on the 2nd floor of C-119 in the Lal Kothi Scheme. We are tucked right behind the Vidhan Sabha, so the area gets pretty crowded with traffic and people during the working day. Our space isn't huge, but we make it work for what we do with the food production side. Being on the second floor means we do a lot of carrying stuff up and down the stairs, which definitely keeps us active. We focus on the cooking and the packaging part of things here. It involves a lot of measuring out ingredients and making sure the seal on the bags is tight enough. The kitchen area gets quite hot in the afternoons, especially when we have all the equipment running at once. We don't have any marketing people or a big sales team sitting in chairs. It’s just us in our aprons trying to keep up with the orders as they come in. Sometimes the smells from our floor drift down to the street, which usually tells people we are busy at work again. Lal Kothi is a busy spot, and we fit right in with the noise and the hustle. We keep the counters scrubbed and the floor clean, but it’s a working kitchen, not a fancy showroom for guests. We just show up, get the batches done, and try to stay ahead of the clock. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we take it seriously.
