Jai Mahal Art Gallery

You can find Jai Mahal Art Gallery at 1 Ajmer Road. We are situated in Kailash Puri, which is tucked away right behind Golimar Garden. It is a bit of a quieter spot compared to the noise of the main road. We have quite a lot of paintings and statues kept inside. It is not like one of those big modern galleries you see in magazines. Our walls are a bit crowded with frames and the lighting is just normal bulbs we bought at the store. We spend a lot of our time cleaning the glass and rearranging the pieces when something new arrives. Sometimes the air smells a bit like old wood and oil paint in here. We actually like it that way. People often come in for a look after they have been walking through the garden. It is a nice, peaceful place to sit for a minute. We do not have a lot of fancy words to describe the art on the walls. We just show people what we have available. Most of the work comes from local artists we have known for many years. The building is a bit hard to see from the main street, but if you look behind Golimar Garden, you will find us. We have been at this Ajmer Road location for a long time now. It is a steady, quiet life for us. We enjoy the colors and the quiet space.
