We are located at F-4 in the Mahalaxmi Complex, which is at 260/5 in Raja Park. It’s a busy little area and the complex usually has a lot of people moving in and out. Our space is tucked away inside, so it’s a bit quieter than the main road. Indian Artist.Com is basically a place where we try to get artists connected with work. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us working at our computers and talking on the phone most of the day. The office is pretty basic, with just the essentials. We spend a lot of time looking through portfolios and talking to different people about what they need. Raja Park is a nice place to be based because there’s always something happening nearby. Sometimes it’s a bit of a struggle to keep everything organized, especially when we have a lot of artists on the books. We don’t use any fancy business speak or have big meetings. We just try to be honest with people about what we can do and what we can’t. It’s a lot of back-and-forth emails and trying to find the right fit for various projects. We’ve been doing this for a while now and have seen a lot of people come through our doors. It’s interesting work, even if it’s mostly just administrative stuff at the end of the day.
