House On Fire

House On Fire is located on the ground floor of Evershine Tower. You can find us on Gautam Marg in the Vaishali Nagar area of Jaipur. We are pretty close to Amrapali Circle, which is a busy spot. The name of the place might sound a bit dramatic, but it’s just a name. We cook mostly spicy stuff and grilled things. The kitchen gets really hot during the summers here in Jaipur, but we are used to it by now. Vaishali Nagar has changed a lot over the years, with more shops and offices opening up every month. We get a lot of people coming in from the tower above us during their lunch breaks or after they finish work. Parking on the street can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes, so people often have to walk a bit to get to us. Inside, we keep things very basic. We have some wooden tables and the lighting isn't anything special. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to take professional photos. It’s just us running the place day to day. We spend most of our time prepping ingredients or cleaning up after the lunch rush. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to make it seem like more than it is. We just serve food to whoever walks through the door in this part of town. Sometimes it gets loud and the service is a bit slow when we are short-handed, but we do what we can.
