Hot Bites

Our shop, Hot Bites, is located at Shop Number 4 on Shipra Path in Mansarovar. We are tucked in near the New Aatish Market and not too far from the Ganga Jamuna Petrol Pump. It is a busy corner of Jaipur. The 302020 area has a lot going on with all the markets and shops nearby. We opened up here because it seemed like a good spot where people are always passing by. We are not a big restaurant. It is more of a place where you stop by when you are running errands. The kitchen is small, but we make it work. Most days, you will find us prepping in the morning before the heat of the day kicks in. Jaipur can get really hot, so we try to keep the place as cool as we can for the customers. We have a few stools for people to sit on while they wait. The petrol pump nearby brings in a lot of drivers who are looking for a quick snack. We do not do anything fancy. It is just us cooking and serving. The signs outside are a bit faded from the sun, but people still find us. We've been here long enough that the local shopkeepers come over for their tea and snacks. It’s just a simple life here on Shipra Path. We keep the counter clean and the containers filled up. Sometimes the dust from the market gets in, but we just keep wiping it down.
