Ho Chi Minh Restaurant

Ho Chi Minh Restaurant is situated in Orbit Mall on Main Ajmer Road in Jaipur. We are right in the Civil Lines area, just across from the metro station. It’s a convenient spot for people who are taking the train or shopping in the mall. We have been here for a bit now, serving people who want something different from the usual local food. The mall can get pretty busy, especially on the weekends when families are out. We have a regular dining area that is pretty straightforward. We don’t have any expensive art on the walls or anything, just some basic stuff to make it look alright. The kitchen staff works hard to keep up with the lunch and dinner rushes. Being near the metro station means we get a lot of people just dropping in for a quick bite before they head home. We try to keep the service moving so people don’t miss their trains. It’s not a quiet place, as the mall has its own noise and we usually have some music playing. We use the ingredients we can get from the local suppliers. The menu is printed on simple paper and we change it up sometimes. We aren’t a big chain or anything, just a single location here in Jaipur.
