Gazab Waffers

You can find Gazab Waffers over at Surajpole, specifically in the Kalli Ka Bhatta area near Nag Talai on the Delhi Byepass Road, number 39. We make wafers and snacks right here. It’s a noisy, busy place most days because the machines are always running. We started this because we liked the idea of making something people could snack on. The location on the Delhi Byepass Road means we see a lot of trucks and cars passing by all the time. It’s not the quietest spot, but it’s perfect for getting our stuff out to different shops. We aren't a massive factory with thousands of employees. It’s a smaller team of us making sure the packets are filled and sealed. Sometimes the heat in the kitchen gets pretty intense, especially in the summer. We don’t have any fancy office space. Most of our time is spent on the floor or near the entrance. We’ve been in this part of Nag Talai for a bit now and we know the other shop owners around here. We just focus on making the wafers and getting them out the door. It’s straightforward work. No big speeches or hidden agendas. Just a local snack business doing its thing every day. We hope the crunch is right for everyone. Sometimes the bags don't look perfect, but the taste is what we care about. We are just simple people making snacks for the neighborhood shops.
