Flavours Restaurant (Shiv Vilas Resorts)

Flavours Restaurant (Shiv Vilas Resorts) is inside the Shiv Vilas Resorts out on the Jaipur Delhi Highway in Kukas. Since we are part of the resort we get a lot of travelers passing through Jaipur. It is a big building on the 302021 stretch. The kitchen stays busy because we serve the guests staying in the rooms and also people just stopping by for a meal on their way to Delhi. We have plenty of space in the dining area compared to the smaller shops in the city center. The view outside is mostly the highway and the hills around Kukas. Being out here means we have to keep everything stocked well since the main city is a bit of a drive for supplies. The staff lives nearby or stays on the property. We wear uniforms because it is a resort but we are all just regular people working hard. Sometimes the highway gets noisy with the trucks passing but it is usually quiet enough in the mornings. We have seen all kinds of people stop by over the months. Families on road trips, bus tours, and people living in the area. It is a mix of different cultures every single day. We do not do anything too complicated with the food. It is just solid meals for hungry travelers. The resort has its own vibe and we just fit into that. We take care of the breakfast rush and then get ready for the dinner crowds.
