Evershine South Indian restaurant

Our restaurant, Evershine South Indian, is located at Shop No 25 on Hatwara Road in the Sodala area of Jaipur. We are quite close to the Laxmi Nagar Shopping Centre, so there are always people walking around our street. We decided to focus on South Indian food because it's what we know how to make really well. It’s a small shop, and we keep things very simple inside the dining area. You won’t find any fancy decorations or expensive art here, just plain tables and chairs and the smell of sambar and dosas. We start our day early to get the batter fermented and the chutneys ground fresh for the customers. Jaipur is a city known for its own local food, but we have a steady group of people who come to us when they want a change of taste. My family and I work here most days, taking the orders and making sure the food gets out hot from the kitchen. It’s a busy street, so we get a mix of locals and people just passing through the shopping center. We don't have a very big menu, just the items we can cook consistently every single day. We just want to provide a decent meal for a fair price. It’s a humble place, and we are happy with that. If you are ever in Sodala and want some idli or a hot dosa, we are right here on Hatwara Road.
