Eating Time Restaurant

You can find Eating Time Restaurant at S-27 in Amrapali Circle. We are right in the Vaishali Nagar area of Jaipur, just across from the Government Hospital. Being near the hospital means we see a lot of people who are in a hurry or having a long day. We also have the MTS office nearby. Jaipur can get incredibly hot, so we try to keep the place as cool as we can for anyone walking in from the 302021 heat. The restaurant isn't huge, but we have enough space for a few families to sit down at once. I spend a lot of time checking on the kitchen and making sure we have enough supplies. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic around the circle. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always noise outside. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. The walls are a bit scuffed from moving tables around, and the menu is just a simple printed sheet. We don't go for anything too polished. It’s a local business run by local people. We have some regulars who come in every afternoon for tea. I like talking to them when I have a free minute. We aren't trying to be a five-star place. We just provide a spot to eat for anyone around Amrapali Circle. It is what it is.
