Dariyaav restaurant

Dariyaav restaurant sits on Tonk Road in Jaipur. We are right across from Pink City Honda, near the Gatta Tonk Road area. Being on such a major road means there is never a quiet moment. Cars and trucks are flying by at all hours, and the dust from the road usually settles on everything if we don't keep after it. The restaurant is a straightforward setup. We have rows of tables and some chairs that aren't the newest but they do the job. We get a lot of people who work in the car showrooms nearby or folks who are just driving into Jaipur from the south. The light in the afternoon hits the front windows pretty hard, so it can get warm inside. We usually have the fans going full blast during the summer months. There’s a sink in the corner for people to wash their hands, and we keep a stack of napkins on every table. It’s not the kind of place where you find fancy decorations. We just have a few pictures on the walls and the menu is what it is. The guys in the kitchen have their routine down, and we try to keep the water pitchers full. It’s just a regular roadside eatery where you can stop, eat, and get back to your day without much fuss. The traffic outside is constant, but inside we just focus on the orders and keeping the floor swept.
