If you're driving down New Sanganer Road in Sodala, you’ll see us right by Pillar Number 74. That’s usually how people find Curry & Kabab since the pillars are the easiest way to navigate this part of Jaipur. We’re also quite close to Rajendra Kunj Garden, which is a nice landmark to look for. We started this place because we liked cooking and wanted a spot of our own in the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward setup. We spend a lot of time by the grill, especially in the evenings when things pick up. The traffic on the main road can be a bit loud sometimes, but that’s just part of being in Sodala. We don't have any fancy decorations or a complicated menu. We just make the food we like and hope the people who come in like it too. It’s mostly locals who stop by, people living nearby or just passing through on their way home. Some days are faster than others. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing. Most of our regulars found us just by seeing the sign while stuck in traffic or walking to the garden. It’s a small team here, just a few of us making sure the kababs are ready and the curry is hot. The floor might have a few scuff marks and the chairs aren't the newest, but we just want to keep the lights on and keep cooking for the folks in this part of town.
