Crown Roof Top Barbeque

You can find us up on the roof at the New Aatish Market area along the Gopalpura Bypass. We are quite close to the Mansarovar Metro Station, which makes it easier for people to get here without fighting the Jaipur traffic too much. Being on a rooftop means we get a bit of a breeze, which is nice when you’re sitting near the grills. We started this place because we liked the idea of cooking outdoors under the sky. It’s not a fancy lounge with velvet chairs; it’s mostly just tables and chairs where people can sit and eat. The view of the 302019 area is okay, especially when the sun goes down and the lights come on. We spend most of our evenings managing the charcoal and making sure the food is cooked through. It gets busy on weekends when families from Mansarovar come out. We don’t have a big corporate office or a marketing team. It’s just a few of us making sure the grills are hot and the customers are fed. The stairs up to the roof are a bit steep, but once you’re up there, it’s a decent spot to hang out. We just keep doing what we do, night after night. There’s no big secret to it, just keeping the fire going and getting the plates out. It’s a simple rooftop setup in a busy part of the city.
