If you walk down Kailash Marg in Bani Park, you will find us at D-552. It is a bit of a tucked-away spot, but we like it that way. We spend most of our time dealing with chocolate, which sounds better than it actually is when you are the one cleaning up the sticky mess at the end of the shift. The kitchen gets really hot, even when the air conditioning is trying its best to keep up. We have been here for a bit now, just trying to get the recipes right and making sure the boxes are packed properly. Sometimes the chocolate doesn't melt right or the cooling takes longer because of the humidity outside, but that is just part of the routine. We aren't a big corporation or anything, just a small group of people working out of this space. The street outside can get a bit crowded with parked cars, and sometimes the delivery bikes have a hard time finding us. We usually spend the mornings prepping and the afternoons trying to catch up on orders. It is a lot of repetitive work, folding boxes and checking temperatures over and over. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big reception area. It is mostly just us in the back, working with our hands and hoping the power doesn't go out. People in Bani Park seem to know where we are now, so we stay pretty busy most weeks.
