Chillys Restaruant

Chillys Restaruant is tucked away on Swarnpath in the Mansarovar area of Jaipur. Our address is 22/5/2, and it’s a spot we’ve called home for quite a while now. Mansarovar is a big neighborhood, and being on Swarnpath means we get a mix of residents and people just passing through. The atmosphere here is usually quite steady, though weekends can get a bit more crowded than we expect. We start our days by opening up the shutters and getting the air moving through the place. It's not a high-end establishment with a lot of bells and whistles, just a straightforward restaurant where we do the work ourselves. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen and making sure the seating area is okay for guests. Jaipur can get really hot, so we do what we can to keep the place comfortable. Sometimes things break or we run out of something, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. It’s just how running a local business goes. We like being in this part of Jaipur because it feels like a real community. People recognize us, and we recognize them. We aren't looking to expand into a massive chain; we just want to keep this one location running smoothly. It’s plenty of work just keeping up with the daily cleaning and prep. We're just regular people trying to run a decent place for the neighborhood. It keeps us quite busy every single day.
