CHEF DA BAWARCHI RESTAURANT

Our place, CHEF DA BAWARCHI RESTAURANT, is tucked into Shop No.F-105 right on Gautam Marg. If you are around the Amrapali Circle area in Jaipur, it is pretty easy to spot us. We are just opposite the SBI Bank, which helps folks find their way. There’s also the Gupta Store nearby that everyone in Vaishali Nagar knows about. It gets pretty lively around here, especially in the evenings when everyone is out and about. We chose this spot in 302021 because it felt right for a local restaurant. It isn’t a huge space, but we make it work for what we need. The kitchen gets hot, and the staff is usually busy prepping things early in the morning. We don’t do things the fancy way you see in those big city chains. It’s more about just showing up and getting the work done every single day. Vaishali Nagar has changed a lot over the years, but we are still here at F-105. Sometimes the parking out front on Gautam Marg is a bit of a headache, but people manage. We keep the lights on and the tables ready. Being near the bank and the store means we see a lot of familiar faces. It is just a regular Jaipur restaurant run by people who live nearby. We like the vibe of the circle. It’s got that neighborhood feel that makes working here okay. There are no corporate manuals here.
