Bikaner Mawa Bhandar

We are located in the middle of Indra Market, specifically in the Jagadamba Colony area of Indira Bazar. This is a very old and busy part of the city, and our shop has its place right among the others. We mostly sell mawa and other dairy products that people need for their cooking at home. Every morning, we receive the fresh supply and start preparing it for the day's sales. The market is always noisy with people shouting and vehicles trying to squeeze through the narrow lanes. Our shop isn't very large, so we have to use every bit of space we have to store our containers. We see a lot of regular customers who have been coming to this market for decades. They know exactly where we are, right near the other food stalls. It gets very hot in the summer, especially with the stoves going, but we are used to it. We don't use any fancy packaging, usually just wrapping things up in paper or plastic for the walk home. It is a simple business based on selling basic ingredients that everyone uses. There are no big signs or bright lights here, just a regular counter and some shelves. We just keep doing what we have always done in this corner of Indira Bazar, day after day. It keeps us quite busy.
